What is WinADR?
WinADR(MP3 Recorder) is
a hip software tool that helps you to create MP3/WMA/WAV(Any
format supported by ACM,generally include ADPCM,GSM,G.723 etc.)
Files from your sound card(Linein,MIC,MIDI output,...). Also
WinADR include a wonderful Mixer to help you monitor Audio Input
Level!
How does it work?
Simply setup the format you want to record to,and then Click
the RECORD button!When you click STOP button you will get a
MP3/WMA/WAV file in the right PLAYLIST window.You can double-click
the file just produced by the program to heart it!!
What can I do with it?
MAKE MP3 yourself! Convert your tapes to MP3 for preserving.Make
HI-FI MP3 from TV/FM Radio.MAKE voice mail for your friend(use
GSM WAVE format).
What is the system requirement?
You will need a Pentium 166 PC or higher, 16MB RAM or more.
The operating system should be Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows
2000, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows ME. Of course, you must have
a sound card.
Does WinADR use a lot of hard
disk space when making MP3?
No! WinADR is very small so please have no worries about the
hard disk space! Unlike other recorder software, WinADR make
MP3 files directly. It does not generate a temporary WAV
file.

I
can't access the help file,
as I apparently need a "newer version of
HHCTRL.OCX"?
For new version HHCTRL,you can download it from microsoft website,it's
free:

Unable to
write in "Destination Directory" i.e.
have to make directories in C-disk etc. in advance.

You can make directories in any
disk,in advance,and then you select it by pressing BROWSE button
in Configuration.
When I tried to install WinADR
on win XP Pro, the system ask me about unsigned files so I stopped
the installation, what's about those files? If I install your
program on my PC with Windows XP Pro, what must I do to use
it without problems.
To install WinADR in WinXP,do NOT
stop installation when you asked unsigned file(driver),The
WinADR only install some audio/video codec in
your computer.
And please press yes when asked
overwrite new file.WinADR will install Fraunhofer
IIS MPEG-Layer3 Codec(pro) instead of Fraunhofer
IIS MPEG-Layer3 Codec(advanced) that maybe existed
in your system.
